Transport and access
Residents of Yours South Lynn can walk or cycle to King's Lynn town centre. The town is located on Sustrans National Route 1 cycle path which connects the town with Fakenham and Norwich. Cycle paths also connect different parts of the county through park land and along specially created routes.
A 'residents only' permit car parking scheme will operate at Yours South Lynn, with some car parking spaces located in courtyards and others on the roadside.
Our aim is to encourage residents to use public transport or sustainable travel methods such as walking or cycling. Purchasers of private homes will receive a free bike to encourage them to use alternative methods of transport to the car.

Bus services operated by First and Norfolk Green connect Yours South Lynn to the town centre with a service every 15 minutes at peak times. King's Lynn's central bus station provides buses to take passengers across the town and further afield to places including Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Peterborough and Ipswich.
Taxis are also available to take you from your home to destinations of your choice. There are four taxi ranks in the town centre including one at the bus station and another at the railway station. Private hire taxi companies are also located within King's Lynn.
King's Lynn has excellent road links. Peterborough and Norwich are less than an hour by car on the A47. Cambridge is just over one hour away along the A10. The A17 provides a swift route through Lincolnshire to the A1 and the North of England, while routes to the Midlands and the South can be found from the A47.

is located near to the King's Lynn railway station. Train operators First Capital Connect and One provide services from King's Lynn to London.
