Over 18 acres of public green space comprising almost 3 acres of sports pitches and over 15 acres of parks, river banks and wetlands is being provided at Yours South Lynn.

Each home is designed around a central courtyard which includes an equipped children's play area together with informal play spaces.

For the more active, a new football pitch and multi-use games area is being provided with the new primary school (which Norfolk County Council plans to open in 2009).

The new central park and River Nar corridor will provide more informal leisure space with a mix of open parkland and landscaping.

Further afield, fitness fans have plenty of choice in King's Lynn. The town's Lynnsport & Leisure Park is situated in 72 acres of parkland, and is one of the largest sports and leisure facilities in the country offering a host of activities. These include badminton, squash, five-a-side football, tennis, table tennis, football, cricket, athletics, skateboarding and fishing.

Football fans are also catered for - King's Lynn FC play at the Walks football ground on Tennyson Avenue. Further afield fans can watch Norwich City FC, Peterborough United and Boston United.
