Yours South Lynn is bringing former unused and derelict land back into use to help regenerate the existing area and provide new facilities to benefit the local community. The total 200 acre site has now been made suitable for regeneration and will be used for new housing, employment, retail, education and community facilities.

Yours South Lynn forms an important part of the larger Nar Ouse Regeneration Area (NORA). The site is the largest brownfield regeneration project in West Norfolk and one of the largest in the East of England.

The NORA development is being delivered by Morston Assets on behalf of the East of England Development Agency, English Partnerships, the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk County Council and the Environment Agency.

As well as Yours South Lynn, the NORA regeneration project will also include a marina, open spaces and parkland.
