We are committed to urban regeneration and manage more than 50 associated companies and joint ventures. Sales to the year end 2005/06 were 90 million and pre-tax profits 21 million while our development pipeline exceeds 500 million.

Some of our current and recent projects include:
Regeneration:
- Monktonhall, Shawfair, Edinburgh - 120 acres of former colliery have been transformed into part of the new Shawfair settlement of 5,500 homes and the Cairnie Business Park.
- Manuel Works, Linlithgow - A 250 acre mixed use residential-led regeneration
scheme close to the M9 and adjoining Edinburgh to Glasgow railway link.
- Coatbridge, Glasgow - The former Rollmakers foundry is set to be developed into a 50 acre mixed use site. Work is anticipated to commence in 2007.
- Gatewen, Wrexham - 28 acre former coal storage works planned to be an example
of sustainable development in Wales.
Development:
- Mill Green, Cannock - A 25 acre site, Mill Green is an employment park located off Jnc. 1 of the M6 toll. Work will begin in September 2006.
- Newcastle under Lyme - A 1.65 acre prime town centre, mixed use, high density development commencing in September 2006.
- Kingswood Lakeside, M6 Toll, Cannock - This development consists of: 500,000 sq ft sold to Unilever Best Foods; 120,000 sq ft speculative B8 warehouse available end 2006; 500,000 sq ft warehouse pre let or sale; 100,000 sq ft office park; Phase One 20,000 sq ft speculative offices available in August 2006.
