Yours South Lynn is located just south of King's Lynn town centre and within the existing community of South Lynn. It occupies 200 acres of derelict land which is being regenerated to provide an exciting new community.

When completed Yours South Lynn will provide 900 homes together with new local shops, a new primary school and health centre, open space, a community centre, football pitch and recreation facilities. A campus for a college and university is also planned as well as an innovation centre and new business park.

The community is ideally located close to King's Lynn town centre and provides easy access to other towns and interesting locations in the region and further afield.

Cambridge can be reached by train in 40 minutes and in just over an hour by car. London is also accessible with a journey by train taking 1 hour 40 minutes and a journey by car taking 2 hours 40 minutes.

The beautiful north Norfolk coast is a short drive from Yours South Lynn with the seaside resort town of Hunstanton only half an hour away.
