Sixteen house types are being provided at Yours South Lynn, including one and two bedroom apartments and town houses with two to five bedrooms.

The homes are all built to high quality standards and are energy efficient, having all been awarded the maximum EcoHomes rating. It is estimated that residents will save around 1,000 per year in running costs through lower utility bills - while also helping to reduce impact on the environment.

Each home is designed around a central courtyard which is shared with neighbours. The homes do not have private gardens. This is designed to encourage integration within the community and involvement in community stewardship which will create a vibrant and attractive place to live.

The first homes will be available for sale in late summer 2006. Prices start from 100,000.
