Higher education facilities are essential so that people can continue to study and gain qualifications after leaving school.

The College of West Anglia is planning to relocate to Yours South Lynn. The college provides a variety of academic and vocational qualifications including A-levels, Higher National Diplomas, foundation degrees and traditional degree level qualifications.

The college is one of the most successful and largest in the Eastern Region and is based on four campuses, including one in King's Lynn.

Anglia Ruskin University is also planning to open a campus at Yours South Lynn. The university, which is currently based across two sites in Cambridge and Chelmsford, offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including single and combined honours degrees, Higher National Diplomas, Higher National Certificates and foundation degrees.

The University of East Anglia in Norwich is just under an hour by car from Yours South Lynn. The university is ranked highly in the UK both in achievement and student satisfaction. It offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications.

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital provides medical teaching facilities and the hospital located in Norwich.
