"Dynamic job and business creation with benefits for the local community."

Yours South Lynn will be a hive of business activity.

Home working is made easy thanks to IT network points in selected rooms - some of which are designed to allow room for a home office.

The nearby Sexybiz (Space Exclusively for Young Business) facility provides first class business space, a significant part of which is reserved for Yours South Lynn residents.

Developed by the Norfolk Charitable Trust, Sexybiz offers local start-up companies and small businesses free and reduced cost office premises for up to two years based in the new Enterprise and Entreprenurship Centre.

Sexybiz aims to help foster business growth and promote enterprise in South Lynn. New businesses do not pay rent, rates, power or heating costs for the first 12 months. For the second year, new businesses only pay half the usual costs, dependant on circumstances. After that, companies have the option of staying on site (subject to availability of space) paying full price, or moving to other premises.

"Sustainable communities feature a wide range of jobs and training opportunities."

This is great news for new local businesses. Over two years, companies could save as much as 15,000. This scheme is aimed at new businesses and companies currently operating from home but needing to move into more formal arrangements.

Sexybiz gives new enterprise the best possible chance for success, encouraging continued success of new start-up companies in South Lynn and the wider West Norfolk area. For further information, please contact Laura Foster at Norfolk Charitable Trust on 01263 710354.

Plans are well advanced for the construction of an enterprise centre and small office park at Yours South Lynn that will provide space and facilities for both start-up businesses and established small businesses.

The enterprise centre is being developed in consultation with a number of partners, led by the Norfolk Charitable Trust. These are:
