Yours South Lynn will be East Anglia's Millennium Community and the UK's first official new build Home Zone.

Community stewardship and participation is central to Yours South Lynn. Residents will work together to make their community a safe and pleasurable place to live by getting involved in managing their environment and community facilities.

Residents, businesses, retail and community groups work together to create an environment in which people want to live and work.

A quarterly communal service charge covers items including maintenance of grounds such as play equipment and grassed areas, cleaning of common parts such as windows and drains, maintenance and repairs to car parks, cleaning of communal apartment areas and day-to-day maintenance.

The majority of the homes will be available for private sale but 14 low cost homes will be sold through Circle Anglia Housing Association. The homes owned by Circle Anglia Housing Association will be 'pepper-potted' around the Yours South Lynn community. They will comprise apartments and houses.
