Yours South Lynn is being delivered by Morston Assets on behalf of the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk , English Partnerships, the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), Norfolk County Council and the Environment Agency. Each of the partners has specific roles and responsibilities within the project.

Morston Assets is the developer of Yours South Lynn and owns the majority of the land.

Yours South Lynn forms part of the Nar Ouse Regeneration Area (NORA).
